Having been in the fitness industry for over a decade I have had the opportunity to work with some of the foremost trainers and coaches in the field; Mike is no exception. I have been trained by Mike in group classes, private sessions, and through his remote Strength & Conditioning program. Throughout all of these avenues Mike was consistent in always brining strategic programming, an extensive knowledge of what he was coaching, and individualized motivation. I saw steady increases in strength and endurance and felt confident in them due to the importance Mike places on correct form and technique. As part of Mike’s programming you are also coached to look at the other areas of your life besides working out. Sleep, nutrition, and mental outlook are also given important attention. Due to his customized and knowledgeable coaching I would recommend training with Mike to everyone from established athletes to someone just looking to improve their fitness.
